The purpose of this non-profit website is to explore what is known about HAARP and put this in perspective. It is not our intention to promote wild accusations, we only want to state what we know and how it may affect the health & well being of this planet.
As living beings, we're all inter-connected and as such have a responsibility to caring for the only planet we have, earth.

We believe that all life on earth has been created as a learning experience and as such we're all plugged in to the "source" or whatever it may be called in your spiritual believes.

For that reason, our website is called plug-in.to

We invite any and all known information, such as HAARP type locations & frequencies throughout the world, which are currently in use or may have been used in the past.

We're trying to establish if there could be a link between world happenings and HAARP transmissions.
